1 - Contingency

company pays absolutely nothing. Our contingency percentage fee
varies on the age of the debt.
2 - Flat Processing Fee of $25.00. We will
locate the ex-student through skip tracing, make contact to
remind them of the outstanding debt, instruct them to contact
YOU the college/management company to make all payment
arrangements (that goes directly to YOU). If unpaid we then
report the debt to the 3 credit bureaus, which will make it
difficult to rent again. If necessary Tenant Collection Services
will provide you with the necessary paperwork to commence a
small claims court case, for a final money judgment. The final
money judgment will give you the legal authority to garnish
their wages or levy their bank accounts.
*There is a 20
account minimum for the Flat Fee option.
