If unpaid we then report the debt to the 3 credit bureaus, which will make it difficult to rent again. If necessary Tenant Collection Services will provide you with the necessary paperwork to commence a small claims court case, for a final money judgment. The final money judgment will give you the legal authority to garnish their wages or levy their bank accounts.
